Collaboration
The strength of SHARE's research is largely based on collaboration between its partner organisations: London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, International Institute for Environment and Development, International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh, Slum/Shack Dwellers International, and WaterAid.
SHARE is also looking to collaborate with other groups working in the sanitation sector, especially in SHARE's focus countries of Bangladesh, India, Malawi and Tanzania. As part of efforts to disseminate research widely and catalyse interactions between researchers, policymakers, and practitioners, SHARE welcomes approaches to participate in events, network and arrange reciprocal web links with like-minded organisations.
SHARE has already collaborated with many organisations in various capacities, including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie), Overseas Development Institute, International Water Association's WaterWiki, Water Supply and Sanitation Collaborative Council and UCL's Leonard Cheshire Disability and Inclusive Development Centre.
