Research Audiences
SHARE's research is designed to cater to the needs of policy-makers, researchers, practitioners and journalists. Some resources and activities are specifically targeted at certain audiences, while others will be of interest to all.
Policy-makers and researchers
Research underway in Bangladesh to assess the impact of hygiene promotion upon the contamination of weaning food hygiene will be of particular relevance to Bangladeshi policy-makers and researchers as its findings will have implications for the reduction of morbidity and mortality associated with weaning-food related diarrhoea.

Practitioners
‘Choose Soap’ – a SHARE-commissioned tool kit – offers a blueprint of activities for practitioners, including family pledging, an animated film and village signage, to encourage the practice of handwashing with soap in India. The activities can be carried out in households, schools, communities and by the mass media.
